Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to run your account and our services:

• Account details: username, email address, country and password. Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed); we can never see them.
• Profile details you add: profile picture and your social media usernames (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), used to check that tasks were completed.
• Task proof: screenshots or verification codes you submit when completing a task.
• Orders and task requests: the links or usernames you want promoted, quantities and instructions.
• Wallet activity: top-ups, coin swaps, upgrades, referral bonuses and withdrawal requests, including the payout details you enter for a withdrawal.
• Support messages: tickets and chat messages you send us.
• Security data: IP address, device and browser type when you log in, used to keep accounts safe and stop fraud.

Payments are processed by our payment partners (Korapay, and Stripe where available). Card and bank details are entered on their secure pages and are never stored on our servers. We only keep the payment reference, amount, currency and status so we can credit your wallet.

• To create and manage your account and verify your email address.
• To process orders, tasks, rewards, top-ups and withdrawals.
• To review task proof and prevent fraud, cheating or abuse of the platform.
• To send account emails such as verification codes, password resets and order or withdrawal updates.
• To answer your support requests and complaints.
• To show public leaderboards (for example, Top Coin Collectors) using your username.

Paid surveys are provided by our partner CPX Research. When you open the survey wall we share your user ID, username and email address with them so they can match surveys to you and credit your coins. Your answers to surveys are collected by CPX Research and its survey partners under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

• Payment partners, to process top-ups and payouts.
• Our survey partner, as described above.
• Our hosting and email providers, who store data and deliver emails on our behalf.
• Authorities, when we are required to by law or to protect our users and platform.

Tasks and orders link to third-party sites such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X. When you open them, their own privacy policies apply.

We use a secure cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser or app also stores small preferences, such as your theme and when a pop-up was last shown. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The Rivalups app uses the same account and information as the website. It only accesses your photos when you choose an image to upload, such as a task screenshot or profile picture.

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to our systems. We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for payments, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

• You can view and update your profile details at any time from your Profile page.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account by contacting us via the Contact Us form.

Rivalups is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Rivalups after a change means you accept the updated policy.
